I have 3 months to lose 1.5 stone! Apart from the obvious, eating less and exercising more does anyone have any good tips on stomach toning (post baby) and general weight loss? I am very impatient and get demotivated if I dont see quick results! Thank you!

I’m really trying to get back on my diet, the only thing is I have 3 university exams next week and I’m really worried, I’m trying to do loads of revision but its hard when you cant give yourself little rewards. How has anyone else dealt with this?

I have been trying to lose weight for about 2 month now, I have been walking 20-30 min a day and change my eating habit. Althought I haven’t seen any change in wieght I have loss a inch in waist. Is this normal do you normally lose inch first then pounds?
