    you have any idea how good a mc chicken or BBQ tastes like? god created most animal to be eaten… not all. + they contain lots of vitamens and protein especially chicken. like the chick said.

    As a registered dietitian, she should know that human protein needs are actually so low that it’s impossible to get a deficiency of any of the essential amino acids if you eat enough of any whole plant foods to get enough calories.
