    But yeah, i know a dude that is extremely fat, as he ate too damn much. He ate 4300 cal a day in his worst times. He’s head is screwed though..

    dude this is fun, lol. you can feel the burn after about 7 – 15 of them rite in your abdominal area/ lower back. I combined 30 of those reverse couch crunches with 30 cross-leged push ups, some stretches, than another 20 reverse crunches. I feel great and well..fit! even though i just did it! My combination takes about 10-13 minutes but eh, it’s freaking worth it guys!
