I agree, a great & inspiring RHS! My choice to be healthier today than I was yesterday will include making some green juice and getting to be earlier.
Tonight I’m going to a chili supper with friends. They’re having a cake walk and insead of bringing a “normal” cake I’m making Ani Phyo’s Raspberry Ganache Cake!

i could make myself some rosehip tea for the vit c since i have a cold and that will make me healthier ;D
A way I could be more healthy tomorrow (today is pretty much over at this point) is I could drink more green drinks, say 2 or 3 instead of just 1

I feel that to be healther today and beyond I need to shift my focus from being obsessed with my weight to just focus on being healthy, and the best I can be. I’m a strong believer in self-affirmations, and I think we all should stand in front of the mirror and say “You know what, you are complete and beautiful”

I need to stop being so lazy and try harder to acheive my goals. My lack of motivation is one on my main problems blocking me optimal health.

What I can do to make myself healthier than yesterday is get a fresh squeezed juice at the cafe downtown this evening instead of that soy latte from Starbucks.
i disagree so much that we are only here once…in my reality, not a chance that is true, way too much evidence otherwise in my own life….what I can do today to make my life better is continue to develop and listen to my own inner knowing about what is in my highest good
I agree. For instance, when I use to drink coffee, I was so sensitive, I would make different decisions than I would make without it. The same for sugary foods and junk.

What I can do today to make me healthier than yesterday is more deep diaphramatic Breathing.
i can drink warm water instead of cold water with my meals so my body has an easier time digesting. i always know i should but am too lazy to heat the water up but i should.
