Actually, you don’t have to diet per se if you want to lose weight, I discovered this at the web portal in the box below, they have loads of guidance, I melted away 9 pounds by using their methods.

Hey, im here to help, i think that its not this particular Diet.

it’s your life time diet and your habits.

You see, If you really want to transform your physique and your health forever, you must change your lifestyle, change your habit.

And all that starts in your own mind . You can see people who are thin for life. What kind of life they do?

In fact, if you think about it, all the people i know personally who has a great way of life ( health & love ),i realice that is a mindset that they have, and that mindset carry a fitness habit and allow them to live the health that they want. I found the website that really help me when i was fat.

I know that will work for you as well. im right here for you, its takes time, do not quit, you must go for Your goal, dont ever quit.

    Kisses and love!

    Agnes

I dunno, how much you’re eating a day. But if you don’t eat a little over 1,000 calories a day, you gain weight.

When ever you want food think off the calories that are in the food. A male should not have more than 2400 but if you want to lose weight only have 2200
    Cupcake – 250
Many not sound like much but after you eat breakfast, say 400. Lunch, say 600, Dinner, 800. You only have 600 calories; then you want to lose weight,so, 400 off that. Then all the calories in the sodas you have drank.450 After all that do you really want a cupcake?
Remember, water is the only thing that doesn’t have calories. So, cut out every other drink. Doesn’t matter if the box says fat free. It’s not calories free.
Portion control is easy, you think you need lots of food but you don’t. Your tummy is only small.
If you find all of this hard to take in watch shows about fat people. Like ‘The biggest loser’ and ‘Fat families’.
Everyone deserves a nice body, it is up to you to change your ways and lose weight and feel happy.
Remember normal weight is normal weight, under weight is weird on guys.
Also, the person above me is totally wrong. Over 1000 calories is normal and a person needs over 1000 calories a day.

Eat only when you hear your stomach growling. It’s stunning how often we eat out of boredom, nervousness, habit, or frustration — so often, in fact, that many of us have actually forgotten what physical hunger feels like. Next time, wait until your stomach is growling before you reach for food. If you’re hankering for a specific food, it’s probably a craving, not hunger. If you’d eat anything you could get your hands on, chances are you’re truly hungry.
