It helps with your overall weight. The more water you regularly intake the less your body will tend to ‘retain’ water — which can reduce some ‘water weight’. This can improve looks depending on your current level of retention and of course lower your weight slightly.

Drinking 40Oz of water per 100lbs is recommended.. Not all at once, but split throughout the day. Staying well hydrated helps every single aspect of the body and health.

Also, yes, drinking water can promote a fuller feeling which can be a very mild appetite suppressant.

Not really. There is way too much hype about that. If you don’t drink enough water now, drinking more can help your body fnction better so theoretically, when you exercise and diet, you can lose fat faster. If you already drink enough, additional will not do anything magical. You still have to reduce calories and exercise.

It definately makes you feel full and it has no calories.

I dont think it really Does anything on its own, but it will if you use it right. For example, water has no calories. So if the only beverage you drink from now on is water, it will cut out a huge amount of calories you consume through liquids. Also, if you drink a glass of water before, during, and after a meal, it will help you feel full and not over eat.
