If you would practise Yog then it wouldn’t take more than two weeks to lower down your blood pressure. Also taking natural medicines and practising Yog together will be more faster.

Ramdev should wear track pants or shorts so that he can demonstrate much better. The dhoti is so inconvinent. Thankfully it did not slip to show Ramdev’s langoti.

lot of his video are avaialbe on dvds and also 1 hr long videos are available on youtuobe. THe pranayama (breathing ) and yoga technqiues he teaches really works. I have friends who have been completely cured of migraine in just 2 weeks of practise.

well theres nothing wrong in these exercise. I know you’ll find this funny because a man dressed like a sadhu is doing them. If this was to be done in a gym wear this wont look all that funny~~
