<p>Here i am again&#8230; a guy at work said what was i drinking&#8230; i showed him and took him in some protein shake stuff and ground flaxseed. He said he was starting a diet, the diet consisted of two shakes a day and fibre&#8230;. i said you&#8217;re paying .99 per serve, mine costs about .20 per serve. Who&#8217;s making money now? I&#8217;ve had protein shakes for years (more than 10) and they are nutritious. The added fibre, as you will hear, has been researched and i learn by what i read. don&#8217;t take things for granted. don&#8217;t get ripped off when you can do the same thing yourself. Please also don&#8217;t believe everything you see and hear on Youtube from unqualified people saying flaxseed is no good. Good luck people PS, i&#8217;m a marathon runner and run 70+ ka week (not a professional) so this keeps me going and i have had no injuries for a year. From Wiki: Suggested amounts vary between 1.6 g/kg and 1.8 g/kg They also say more if you work out and a suggested max is 2.5g/kg My current protein shake has 34g per serv and i add flaxseed, sunflower kernels, sesame seed which is another 7g and more from the milk. 75kg would be approx 41g but you then have to factor in exercise and what energy you&#8217;re burning and calories from Carbs/Protein/Fat. Hope this helps.</p>
