umm just one comment. For the shoulder press with a squat she seems to rather quick. For someone who has problems with their knees or shoulders would this cause possible injury? Wouldnt it be better if she did this slower? I love the mountain climber tho!
This workout routine if repeatedly done at the tempo Stephen recommends with minimal rest periods would after a 1/2 hr produce at least a 500 calorie burn…..Thx Stephen.

You most likely have to do it pretty fast to keep your heart rate up. Sounds plausible.

I’m not an expert.. and maybe I missed something, the work out looks pretty easy to me … but maybe because I’m in good shape and usually go to the gym for about 2-3 hours 5 days a week for boxing and runnin and other work outs… then running on saturdays …

@ilovebracesgirl get through it the first time, eat before you do them, and after completing them take a shower that ends with cold water everywhere you feel fatigued so you dont get sore the next day…DO WORK
this is not 500 calories trust me
Drink plenty of water (regardless), stretch gently before you start and warm up, and don’t eat for a while before you start, if you have problems with stuff like that.
This is a great combination of exercises, each one using quite a bit of muscle mass & so a great metabolism booster. Nice post – thanks!
if you have the ymca in your area go there and be active i go there everyday i’v lost about 45-50 lbs since last Halloween and all i do there is play basketball and jog
ok so if i doubled the work out would i burn 100 calories in one workout? cuz i do most of this for football workout everyday
