I have lost around 15 pounds from getting on the treadmiller everynight, and cutting down what i eat. I used to eat ALOT when i was younger, and now i only eat a little more than i should. I am a very picky eater and i sometimes cant stop myself from eating the wrong things. I stopped loosing weight latley and i need to start again, I suppose the reason for my lack of weight loss is because I have reached the point of where i have to do more than what I was doing but i cant seem to think of what else to do. Please help me. I am 14 and 5’2” and about 150 lb. I still get on the treadmille everynight.

Honey i know how you feel I have the same problem .
The answer to your qustion is that you have to add another exersie to what you are doing like bike riding or walking at a faster past and get a partner it makes alot more fun
Weight Loss is a big problem for me right now as well. I am not sure how old you have to be but there is a website called Sparkpeople.com and you can go there and set you goals and there you will find a guide of how your body works and very informative things to help you along the way. That website also provides videos that you watch to do workouts and that will teach you how to do proper exercises. Very good website. It is also FREE. Go check it out you can search for my website there. My name on there is BTR4ME.
Good Luck

It’s not the treadmill and how often you use it, it’s WHAT you’re eating, WHEN you’re eating it, and HOW MUCH of it you’re eating.

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
