I’ve tried Hydroxycut and Relacore in the past.
Hydroxycut caused my heart to race. It was later recalled because it caused severe liver problems for people and was dangerous due to the racing heart it can also cause, especially when combined with coffee or other caffeine.
I used Relacore which was supposed to cut down cortisol, and reduce belly fat. It didn’t help me, but I could have used more exercise.
There are many diet pills and appetite suppressants available, but I recommend avoiding these due to the potential hidden dangers, and the marketers excess hype and charge for something that is not a cure all.
There are many great supplements out there to support weight loss, but pills and OTC drug are not the best. I believe that the reason people have success with pills is that it gives them something to "believe" is helping them, and they are more motivated to eat well and exercise more because of it.
I am blogging my own weight loss experience, and there is certainty that weight loss can be reasonably quick without excess hunger, excess exercise, or taking OTC drugs.
My goal is to encourage anyone who wants to lose weight, and to help them find the motivation and inspiration they need to accomplish their goal.
