Many people ask me how they can slim down. I recommend that people eat right and exercise. However, if they would like a little "help", I suggest using natural Hoodia (it's important to note that not all Hoodia works well, even if the bottle says "pure" or "standard").

The Hoodia sold at http://tinyurl.com/y389on is in my opinion the best Hoodia on the market. It's pure, has no side effects, and they give you a free 15 day sample (there is a $7.99 shipping and handling charge, but they also give you free recipe and diet guides). Fantastic results have been seen with this particular Hoodia.

Caffeine doesn't make you fat. In fact, it raises your metabolism and (if anything) should help you lose weight.

I have seen caffeine pills down the chemist that call themselves 'slimming pills'.

On the other hand it's not particularly good for you. Maybe your diets are aiming for an all over healthy lifestyle.

I don't worry about caffeine intake personally.

Caffeine hardens your veins and arteries. Giving it up helps the blood flow better, and your body work more efficiently. It is hard, but it is worth it.

body-builders thrive on caffeine it helps with the energy when lifting some drink it some take pills. some don't do either one. there is caffeine in many if not all body building supplements! i need my caffeine i drink espresso at least 4 days a week!and i use energy drinks or other supplements (not ephedra)! but, coffee bloats some people, though i believe it's the "junk" they add to it not the coffee itself.(white sugar ,starbuck's ,dunkin donuts..glorified "milkshakes'),so if you're trying to tone up,lose weight,or build muscle and you are'nt getting anywhere omit the garbage in your coffee.and try it black or with "splenda"!
